Preparation of the surface

Use a sprinkler water to wet the RCC and apply two coats o f cement based polymer. The two coats should be applied at the right angles. Lay a glass fiber mesh between the two coats for additional tensile strength. Add a third coat when the second coat is dry.
Add a protective layer made of cement and sand mortar mixed with a waterproofing compound.
Brick Bat Coba Treatment
Lay brick bats with at least 40mm thickness to a specific slope. Apply the cement sand mortar mixed with a waterproofing compound on the voids left by the brick bats.
Apply 20mm thick joint less waterproofing plaster and finish the surface with a coat of neat cement. Make khurras for drainage off the terrace. After the whole process, cure the whole surface with water for two weeks.
